- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

## Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Locations: 4–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

## Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

## Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

## Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. THREADIX is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

## Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.

## Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
